Search Functionality

Overview

A Master Search function is supported across all tabs (Cards, List, Calendar, History) and all user groups (Owners, Admins, Ops) have the ability to search for shipments using an array of predetermined options to identify either a grouping of shipments and/or an individual shipment. 

The search elements that a user can search by is dependent on the shipment level information being sent in as a part of the customer integration. Not all elements listed below will be available if these data elements are not a part of this baseline integration. 

Searchable Options

The search option within Freight Portal provides users with a wide variety of searchable options and tags to identify individual shipments or a group of shipments.
